About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property management team responsible for maintaining an apartment complex. This position involves routine upkeep and repair tasks to ensure the property is in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and repairs across a variety of areas including electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, masonry, and painting.
- Complete any additional duties assigned to support property upkeep and operational needs.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance tasks.
- Possession of a valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Physical capability to regularly lift or carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
