Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections of hotel equipment and areas to identify potential problems early and help prevent interruptions.
• Contribute to the execution of preventative maintenance programs to maintain operational standards.
• Paint and decorate public spaces, dining areas, and all 300 hotel bedrooms to a high standard.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety requirements when performing all maintenance tasks.
• Keep working areas clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Manager and other hotel staff to complete tasks and projects effectively.
• Assist in coordinating contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship within agreed timelines.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and associated costs.
• Communicate clearly regarding identified issues, completed actions, and necessary follow-ups.
