Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public spaces according to company standards within designated time limits.
• Adhere to established cleaning and presentation guidelines for all types of rooms.
• Promptly report any damages, maintenance concerns, or breakages to facilitate timely repairs.
• Keep linen rooms, cupboards, and work areas tidy and well-organized.
• Return cleaning tools and equipment to their assigned storage areas at the end of each shift.
• Operate safely by following hygiene and health and safety protocols.
• Support the team by being cooperative and dependable.
