Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves actively engaging in a planned cleaning and maintenance program to uphold cleanliness and safety in a retail shopping and working environment, while managing related expenses.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate effectively with the Stocking 3 Coach and work collaboratively with team members on a detailed cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety protocols and cold chain management guidelines.
• Carry out timely cleaning tasks within all Fresh Departments, such as coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Assist in inspecting maintenance and cleaning equipment to verify functionality and ensure adequate supplies.
• Maintain a safe workplace by completing required in-store certifications and complying with all corporate policies and procedures.
• Perform floor cleaning duties when necessary using a system of mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet upkeep across all non-sales floor areas.

Compensation

The starting pay rate for this position is $18.05 per hour.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
