Maintenance Planner

Role Overview

Arcadis is looking for a Maintenance Planner to organize and oversee the scheduling of facilities and resource allocation, enhancing operational productivity. This position demands strong organizational acumen, clear communication, and problem-solving capabilities to optimize space utilization and resource management. The contract is for 12 months initially, supporting a pharmaceutical client located in Ringaskiddy.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize SAP modules to administer scheduling, resource distribution, and maintenance tracking.
• Create, update, and sustain scheduling plans for facility use through SAP to maximize operational efficiency and compliance with internal policies.
• Collaborate with department leaders and project managers to identify facility needs and coordinate scheduling accordingly.
• Analyze SAP-generated data to observe facility usage trends, produce reports, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Manage maintenance schedules via SAP, ensuring facilities meet safety guidelines and operational standards.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly using SAP tools to support rapid problem resolution.
• Keep thorough documentation of all scheduling, maintenance, and resource management activities within SAP.
• Offer training and assistance to staff on facility scheduling protocols and SAP usage.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in scheduling, planning, or managing facilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient with scheduling software alongside the Microsoft Office suite.
