Role Overview

As a Building & Engineering Specialist within the maintenance team, you play a critical role in ensuring the hotel's facilities operate flawlessly, surpassing guests' expectations and creating memorable stays. The role involves hands-on maintenance work, overseeing Maintenance Assistants, and coordinating tasks that uphold the hotel’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Assistants by setting an example through multitasking and hands-on problem solving.
• Maintain hotel facilities proactively to guarantee guest satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure the efficient functioning and appearance of the hotel premises to deliver exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.
