Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with clients to ensure quality assurance, resolve issues, and maintain superior customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and comprehend project requirements, create and assess technical designs, and validate system architecture.
• Participate actively in project estimation, solution delivery discussions, risk planning, and technical code and unit test plan reviews.
• Lead and mentor teams in developing optimized, high-quality code, managing knowledge effectively, and adhering to company standards and processes.
• Contribute significantly to building effective programs and systems that support clients in their digital transformation efforts.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Expertise in Mainframe technologies across all relevant domains.
• Possess strong knowledge in Mainframe toolsets including JCL, CICS, and COBOL.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates holding a B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization.
• Graduates with B.Sc or B.C.A degrees in any specialization are also eligible to apply.
