Job description
Overview
This full-time role, based onsite in Camellia, New South Wales, offers a supportive and inclusive work environment prioritizing employee wellbeing and ongoing learning. As a vital member of the Computershare Communication Services (CCS) team, you will participate in preparing, producing, and dispatching physical customer communications on a scheduled shift pattern.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate specialized production machinery such as high-speed digital continuous inkjet presses (Ricoh), cut-sheet digital printers (Xerox), mail enclosing equipment, guillotines, and other cutting tools.
- Perform manual sorting and enclosing tasks diligently.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control and process disciplines to meet client expectations and organizational KPIs.
- Ensure 100% output reconciliation, confirming compliance with customer specifications.
- Follow safety protocols rigorously.
- Produce consistently high-quality products conforming to equipment manufacturer guidelines and ISO 9001:2018 standards.
- Engage effectively with team members and stakeholders to foster strong internal relationships.
- Meet daily production targets and schedule quotas.
Candidate Profile
- Ability to read and write English fluently to comprehend detailed information.
- Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
- Flexible attitude toward tasks and working hours with a productivity-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal communication skills with an aptitude for interpreting instructions.
- Basic computer literacy.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 3 PM to 11 PM.
