Job Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and ensure their effective implementation.
• Follow established quality systems and standard operating procedures.
• Operate production machinery and supervise manufacturing processes according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Adhere to production schedules meticulously.
• Comply with all safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to prevent any production disruptions.
• Provide training to new personnel on production activities and equipment handling.
• Perform all daily tasks in line with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EMS and HSE) standards using required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Identify, minimize, and prevent environmental and operational hazards.
• Participate in environmental health and safety activities, audits, and continuous improvement programs.
