Key Responsibilities

• Construct, automate, and manage ML/AI production environments.
• Design and maintain MLOps pipelines, emphasizing CI/CD, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure scalability, dependability, security, and cost-efficiency of platforms.
• Develop and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting infrastructures.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to transition models into production.
• Evaluate and improve existing architectures, workflows, and resource utilization.

Required Qualifications

• Completed degree in computer science, data science, or a related discipline; alternatively, a minimum of five years’ experience in IT.
• At least three years of hands-on experience in artificial intelligence or a related field.
• Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience working with CI/CD tools and Infrastructure as Code solutions (e.g., GitLab CI, Terraform, Ansible).
• Programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go, alongside familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Fluent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of MLOps frameworks like MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker is advantageous.
