Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification, detection, and management of ecosystem and content risks, along with financial threats on TikTok Live.
• Create and refine highly accurate, low-latency risk detection models by leveraging extensive multimodal data inputs such as text, images, audio, and behavioral sequences.
• Design robust defense systems by analyzing black-market tactics and emerging attack vectors, responding swiftly to new threats.
• Champion the use of advanced AI technologies, including AI Agents, Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning, and multimodal modeling, to improve automated reasoning and decisions within complex risk situations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong theoretical and practical foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including skills in classification, clustering, and sequence models such as XGBoost, DeepFM, and Transformers.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, C++, or Go, with experience in prominent machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Preferably experience with large-scale distributed system architectures.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong logical reasoning and data sensitivity, coupled with a passionate interest in risk control and adversarial problem solving.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI Agents for complex task planning, tool utilization, or autonomous decision-making.
• Hands-on expertise in fine-tuning Large Language Models using methods such as Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF).
• Deep knowledge of multimodal representation learning, including video analytics and cross-modal retrieval techniques.
• Background in community content safety, trust & safety, or anti-fraud domains.
