About the Role
A reputable independent advisory firm in Riyadh seeks a motivated M&A Associate. The role demands ownership of intricate mandates with minimal supervision, mentoring junior analysts, and excelling in the full range of ECM and M&A transactions across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire M&A process from initiation through to deal closure.
- Lead development of financial models, deal structuring, and valuations on both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Create and deliver pitch decks, information memoranda, and board presentations with exceptional quality.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of M&A experience with a top-tier bulge bracket bank or elite boutique firm; a strong senior analyst ready to advance.
- Outstanding academic background from a prestigious university; possession of an MBA or CFA designation is advantageous.
- Demonstrated capacity to independently manage complex deal executions with high standards.
- Extensive and diverse M&A experience within the MENA region is highly desirable.
