This position allows you to work closely with some of the world’s most prestigious vehicles, including models like the 911, Cayenne, Macan, Taycan, and Panamera. You will play a vital role in supporting our customers' Porsche journey and maintaining the high standards of presentation within the dealership.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep the showroom, customer areas, and vehicle lots clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Receive, inspect, and prepare both new and pre-owned cars for pre-delivery inspection, display, and ultimate delivery to customers.
- Safely move, position, refuel, and transport vehicles between dealership locations and to external partners.
- Assist with morning service drop-offs, vehicle retrievals, deliveries, and valet services.
- Perform routine lot inspections ensuring vehicles meet Porsche's presentation and merchandising requirements.
- Maintain Certified Pre-Owned vehicle branding elements such as mirror hangers and license plate surrounds.
- Manage scheduled trips to the Motor Vehicle Registry and the secure transfer of documents daily.
- Support the service wash cycle, assist with waste disposal, recycling efforts, and general upkeep of the dealership.
- Participate in seasonal challenges like snow clearing and salting at walkways and customer zones during winter.
- Provide assistance to Sales, Service, Parts, and other teams as operational needs arise.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with management about ongoing tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrate initiative by seeking additional work once assigned duties are completed.
Winter Operations
- Lead snow-clearing and salting of customer areas, entrances, and dealership grounds.
- Work closely with the snowplow operator to clear parking spaces and move vehicles as necessary.
- Proactively relocate vehicles inside the workshop ahead of forecasted snowstorms for protection.
- Arrive early during winter months to ensure safe access and walkways before the dealership opens.
- Maintain flexibility with work hours and schedule shifts during winter periods as required.
Candidate Profile
- Possession of a valid driver’s license along with a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
- Comfortable operating both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Reliable, diligent, and self-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.
- Experience in automotive environments, dealerships, detailing, or valet services is advantageous.
