Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers and dealership staff as required across the dealership premises.
• Perform upkeep and maintenance of dealership buildings and grounds as needed.
• Support Service and Sales Departments with assigned tasks.
• Organize and park vehicles for sales and service areas each day.
• Remove protective covers and identification tags before returning finished vehicles to customers.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly for stains, debris, or damages prior to delivery, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Assist with service write-ups and tagging of customer vehicles.
• Help with cleaning the shop and managing deliveries when requested.
• Clean vehicle exteriors seasonally, including snow removal.
• Report any lot merchandising needs or issues to the relevant manager.
• Place advertising signage inside and on vehicles as directed.
• Monitor and coordinate vehicle placement according to their reconditioning progress.
• Maintain lot cleanliness, including garbage disposal.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• A genuine interest in the automotive sector and knowledge of vehicles.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience using cleaning supplies and equipment such as power washers is beneficial.
• Dependable, reliable, with keen attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong customer service orientation and skills.
