Job description
About the Role
We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to contribute positively to our team. As a Lot Associate, you will be critical in assisting customers by safely loading their purchases into vehicles while ensuring a secure and inviting parking lot environment.
Responsibilities
- Apply The Home Depot's GET customer service model by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
- Maintain an adequate supply of shopping carts near the store entrance.
- Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their projects and needs.
- Offer assistance loading products safely into vehicles or shopping carts.
- Safely plan and execute the loading and securing of merchandise as per Safe Loading Training guidelines.
- Keep exit and loading areas clear of obstructions; clean debris from front apron and lumber loading zones.
- Adhere strictly to all safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Use all equipment following appropriate safety protocols.

Additional Details
- Reports to the Front End Supervisor.
- No travel required.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Between 1 to 2 years of retail work experience.
