Lot Associate - Full Time

About the Role

We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to contribute positively to our team. As a Lot Associate, you will be critical in assisting customers by safely loading their purchases into vehicles while ensuring a secure and inviting parking lot environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply The Home Depot's GET customer service model by greeting, engaging, and thanking customers.
• Maintain an adequate supply of shopping carts near the store entrance.
• Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their projects and needs.
• Offer assistance loading products safely into vehicles or shopping carts.
• Safely plan and execute the loading and securing of merchandise as per Safe Loading Training guidelines.
• Keep exit and loading areas clear of obstructions; clean debris from front apron and lumber loading zones.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Use all equipment following appropriate safety protocols.

• Engagement in physical activities such as bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving items.

Additional Details

• Reports to the Front End Supervisor.
• No travel required.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Between 1 to 2 years of retail work experience.
