About the Role
FR8 Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to efficiently manage transportation loads and maintain strong customer relationships. The position involves coordinating with clients and transporters to ensure timely delivery and smooth loading and unloading operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage customers through excellent negotiation skills to secure transportation loads.
- Perform cold calling to acquire new business opportunities.
- Ensure on-time delivery of loads using company-registered trucks.
- Build and sustain positive relations with customers for consistent load procurement.
- Coordinate internally to support transport operations.
- Collaborate with transporters to organize loads and supervise vehicle loading and unloading timings.
- Work alongside senior management to understand targets and monitor team progress.
- Maintain composure and productivity under high-pressure situations.
