Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Sales Officer to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Your primary role will be to onboard new customers, educate them about our logistics services, and nurture ongoing relationships to ensure repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and educate new clients about the company's products and services.
• Analyze customer needs and accurately register their details in the company application.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers to build strong relationships, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with senior officials to understand sales targets and coordinate with team members for effective follow-up.
• Work alongside internal teams and transporters to efficiently secure shipment loads.
• Demonstrate resilience by working well in high-pressure situations and consistently meeting deadlines.
