About the Position
The Logistics Coordinator for NUHS is essential in maintaining a continuous supply of medical consumables to various healthcare facilities in Singapore. This role is on a one-year contract, operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with assignments at National University Hospital, Woodlands Health, Changi General Hospital, Alexandra Hospital, and Tan Tock Seng Hospital. There is potential for the contract to be extended based on operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt restocking of medical consumable supplies in designated hospital wards across different healthcare institutions.
- Manually transport medical consumables weighing around 17 to 20 kilograms using trolleys and deliver them efficiently to specified wards.
- Carry out administrative and coordination duties as necessary to support logistics operations.
Candidate Requirements
- No formal educational qualifications are necessary.
- Physical capability to lift and move loads approximately 17 to 20 kilograms during routine tasks.
