Job description
Position Overview
We have an immediate opening for a Logistics Coordinator role based in Surat – Vesu, focusing on shipment management, inventory control, vendor liaison, and documentation processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee the scheduling, planning, and tracking of both incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock quantities, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy in records.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to facilitate seamless logistics operations.
- Prepare all necessary shipping and customs documentation, including invoices and compliance reports.
- Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or inconsistencies in shipment processes.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a similar relevant discipline.
- Previous work experience ranging from 2 to 4 years in logistics, shipping, or warehousing operations.
