About the Role and Company

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Air Export Coordinator for our Dublin office. This key position supports international shipment coordination from initial collection through to final delivery, guaranteeing top-tier customer service, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee complete export workflow: staging collections, booking airlines, and coordinating final delivery logistics.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for major Key Account clients.
- Produce and review essential shipment documents such as air waybills, invoices, and customs forms.
- Organize collection of goods from customers and manage deliveries to airlines.
- Coordinate flight bookings and finalize shipment consolidations.
- Manage specialized shipment categories, including Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Dangerous Goods (DG), ensuring compliance with standards.
- Handle customs procedures involving Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), SIEL/OIEL licenses, and Carnet documentation.
- Conduct post-flight verifications and ensure all consolidations are completed appropriately.
- Complete file closures and invoice processing at the job level.
- Maintain precise records and data inputs using internal systems and common office software.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and escalate any operational issues to senior management.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in air freight operations.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word); familiarity with AS400 and Thyme IT is advantageous but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of aviation security protocols.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Team-oriented with the ability to excel in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks independently.
- Self-driven with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
