Job Overview
Followmont Transport invites applications for the position of Local HR Driver to support our Rockhampton PUD team. This position demands dedication, reliability, and a strong focus on quality and safety while handling freight deliveries within the Rockhampton region.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily pickups and deliveries of general freight including manual parcel handling.
- Ensure deliveries are completed on time, safely, and in full compliance with company standards.
- Operate within a steady-paced environment maintaining strict adherence to safety guidelines and accuracy.
- Follow company regulations and procedures to facilitate smooth operational flow.
Work Schedule and Employment Details
- Full-time, permanent and casual roles available.
- Work hours: Monday to Friday starting at 7:30 am with guaranteed hours.
- Opportunities for overtime with penalty rates available.
- Immediate start possible.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum two years experience as an HR driver in a structured environment.
- Possession of a current HR manual license is mandatory.
- Forklift license is preferred though not required.
- Professional attitude with accountability and commitment to achieving objectives.
- Must successfully pass pre-employment medical exam, drug and alcohol testing, and criminal background check.
