About the Role
Join PhonePe, a leading fintech company in India, as a Loan Executive focused on promoting and selling business loans directly to customers. This position involves entirely field-based sales activities aimed at expanding loan product reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage potential clients to promote business loan offerings effectively.
- Elicit customer requirements to recommend suitable loan options.
- Clearly communicate loan terms, conditions, and benefits to ensure customer understanding.
- Conduct all sales activities on the field, meeting customers in person.
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn a take-home salary of Rs. 17,000 per month, with a total CTC of Rs. 21,000 per month.
- Receive performance-based incentives as per company guidelines.
