Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Field Sales Executives to become vital members of PhonePe's growth team. This role involves direct employment on PhonePe's payroll and focuses on expanding the merchant base by onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit local marketplaces and retail establishments to enroll new merchants into the PhonePe network.
- Set up PhonePe QR Codes at merchant locations to facilitate digital payments.
- Deploy and activate PhonePe Soundboxes for business owners to enable seamless transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships by educating merchants on how to use PhonePe devices and address their issues or questions.
Requirements
- Possession of an Android smartphone is essential.
- Must own a two-wheeler such as a bike or scooter to travel for field visits.
Additional Information
- Compensation includes a monthly salary ranging between 17000 and 27000 INR.
- Attractive weekly and monthly performance-based bonuses are provided as incentives.
- Candidates will receive a direct offer letter from PhonePe upon onboarding.
- The payment will be processed through PhonePe's payroll system.
