About the Role

Shipment Management Solutions is seeking committed and energetic individuals for the position of Loader / Unloader at its logistics facility located in Gannavaram, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. This position involves managing the handling of parcels and shipments to ensure safe and efficient loading and unloading processes as part of daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload shipments, parcels, and cartons from transportation vehicles.
• Transfer shipments to appropriate sorting or storage zones within the facility.
• Handle packages with care to avoid any damages during movement and transportation.
• Assist in sorting, stacking, and relocating shipments to support warehouse workflow.
• Adhere closely to instructions from supervisors and established operational procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the workplace environment.
• Provide assistance to operations staff during inbound and outbound vehicle loading/unloading activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Physically capable individuals comfortable with repetitive loading and unloading tasks.
• Willingness to work in logistics and warehouse settings.
• Interested in stable employment offering a competitive salary and flexible shift timings.
• No previous experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.

Job Details and Additional Information

• Location: Gannavaram, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Shift Duration: 8 hours per day with flexible shift schedules available
• Salary Range: ₹13,000 to ₹17,500 per month
