LMS Administrator

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned LMS Administrator with over 3 years of experience in managing learning management systems. The position involves direct collaboration with client stakeholders, delivering expertise, consultancy, platform configuration, and ongoing operational aid for complex enterprise learning initiatives. This role requires a blend of practical platform management and advisory skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee learning paths, certifications, assessments, groups, and catalogs within the LMS.
• Consult with stakeholders on learning experience design and endorse best practices for platform use.
• Assist in configuring landing pages, crafting learner journeys, and comprehensive platform setup.
• Administer user provisioning, regulate access permissions, and handle reporting functions.
• Lead demos, facilitate workshops, and engage actively with client stakeholders.
• Diagnose platform-related issues and coordinate resolutions with vendor support when necessary.
• Support platform updates, review release changes, and contribute to continuous optimization efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in LMS administration.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Sumtotal, Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD), SuccessFactors (SF), and SABA.
• Expertise in learning paths, certifications, assessments, collections, catalog management, and LMS configuration.
• Experience in user and access management including groups and permissions.
• Strong capabilities in generating reports, dashboards, and conducting learning analytics.
• Proven skills in stakeholder management and client consulting.
• Excellent communication abilities and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with LMS integrations, Single Sign-On (SSO), and API usage.
• Understanding of LMS governance and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with additional platforms like SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, or Saba.
• Background in Learning Operations and Learning & Development (L&D) domains.
