Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Test Consultant with 9 to 12 years of professional experience to strengthen our team. This hybrid position is tailored for candidates with expertise in Jenkins, Github, and especially Tricentis Tosca, ideally with background knowledge in R&D Preclinical & Clinical and Bioinformatics domains. The role operates during day shifts with no requirement for travel.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Tosca tool administration, including test run validation, module validation, and synchronization settings.
• Troubleshoot Tosca DeX machines and License Server issues efficiently.
• Update and sustain licenses ensuring seamless tool operation.
• Maintain working knowledge and support on-premises installations of Tosca qTest.
• Operate proficiently with other Tricentis tools such as qTest and Vera from both administrator and user perspectives.
• Deliver regular status reports and project updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, provide suitable solutions in coordination with team leads and customers.
• Participate in requirement reviews, offering insights on testability and potential quality risks.
• Leverage domain expertise in Bioinformatics, R&D Preclinical, and Clinical to refine testing procedures and results.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and stakeholders to foster trusted relationships.
• Comprehend client business objectives and align delivery outcomes to meet these goals.
• Handle client communications, conduct governance meetings, and coordinate reviews.
• Work alongside internal engineering, delivery, and support teams to fulfill client expectations.
• Monitor delivery performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Lead operational reviews and champion continuous improvement initiatives for smoother delivery and quality enhancement.
