Key Responsibilities

• Distribute linen and guest supplies efficiently to all Accommodation Assistants.
• Support guests by helping deliver luggage to and from their rooms.
• Perform regular inventory checks of linen and guest supplies to maintain stock accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in public areas and the linen room.
• Consistently deliver outstanding customer service to hotel guests.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience interacting with customers.
• Strong command of the English language for effective communication.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage supplies and stock.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork skills and collaborate with colleagues.
