About the Role
This position involves assisting the culinary team with daily food preparation tasks, ensuring all activities adhere to hygiene protocols and recipe accuracy. The role demands consistent quality, proper handling of ingredients, and readiness of kitchen station (mise en place) to enable seamless kitchen flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support kitchen staff in preparing meals according to set recipes and standards.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all kitchen operations.
- Ensure mise en place is efficiently organized and ingredients are handled correctly.
- Assist senior chefs to facilitate timely and smooth functioning of kitchen activities.
