Lifestyle Bartender

Position Overview

At St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha, we seek bartenders who do more than just mix drinks. Our bartenders craft memorable, unique experiences by staying attuned to emerging trends, local specialties, and evolving guest preferences. Beyond beverage expertise, they act as welcoming hosts who take charge of overall guest service and bar operation excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver impeccable bar service ensuring both aesthetics and functionality are impeccable.
• Build strong connections with hotel departments and local community to foresee and meet guest expectations.
• Focus on detail-oriented service including handling financial transactions accurately, providing precise guest information, and delivering high quality drinks.
• Uphold a safe and professional work environment by adhering to company policies, protecting assets, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining a neat appearance with professional uniform standards.
• Perform physical tasks involving standing, walking, lifting or moving objects up to 25 pounds, reaching overhead and performing bending or twisting motions as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• At least one year of relevant bartending or related experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications mandated.
