About the Role

At St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, the Guest Arrival Expert plays a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience from the very first moment of arrival through to their departure. This position involves delivering a wide array of services designed to guide guests smoothly through their check-in and check-out processes, while creating memorable and unique experiences tailored to each guest. The individual is encouraged to proactively manage operational tasks, respond to guest inquiries, prepare reports, and provide insights about the local area, ensuring every transaction feels integrated into the guest journey.

Job Expectations and Environment

The role requires dedication to upholding workplace safety, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, and consistently meeting quality standards. Professional presentation is mandatory, including uniform standards, personal grooming, and communication skills. The work is physically engaging, requiring the ability to stand, sit, or walk for long durations and to manually handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently or more with assistance.

The position is based at The St. Regis Residence, Marsa Arabia Island, Doha 14875, Qatar and is not remote.
