Role Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Lifeguard to join the energetic team at Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Barsha Heights. The Lifeguard role is integral to our Recreation Team, requiring enthusiasm for wellness, a goal-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for improving guest experiences within our dynamic hospitality setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support guests and members by encouraging and assisting them in their fitness and wellness ambitions, going beyond routine supervision.
• Provide emergency care such as first aid and CPR as necessary.
• Ensure the pool environment stays clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Oversee swimmers and patrons vigilantly to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Carry out regular inspections of safety equipment and pool areas to maintain safety standards.
