About the Role
Belgravia Leisure is seeking enthusiastic and dependable lifeguards to maintain safety and oversee daily pool operations at Crestwood Swimming Pool in Thornlie, Western Australia. Responsibilities
As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the pool and surrounding areas are safe and enjoyable for all visitors. This includes vigilant monitoring, enforcing safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service to patrons of varying ages and backgrounds.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong verbal communication skills to engage effectively with diverse individuals
- Understanding of occupational health and safety and public safety standards applicable to aquatic facilities
- Willingness to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Possession of current Level 2 First Aid and CPR certifications
- Holding a valid Pool Lifeguard Certificate and National Police Check
- Previous experience in lifeguarding preferred but not mandatory; a Pool Operations Certificate would be advantageous
