Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled LED Technician to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The role involves diagnosing and repairing faults in LED display screens, modules, and related electronic components with precision and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and fix faults in LED display units and their components.
- Perform accurate soldering and desoldering on LEDs, integrated circuits, connectors, and various PCB parts.
- Replace malfunctioning components and verify the corrected modules for correct operation, uniform brightness, and color accuracy.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance, document repair activities, and adhere strictly to electrical safety and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Completion of ITI, diploma, or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Between one to two years of practical experience fixing LED display screens and modules.
- Expertise in component-level soldering and desoldering utilizing soldering stations and hot-air rework tools.
- Capable of interpreting circuit schematics and proficient in using multimeters and other electronic diagnostic devices.
