About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development and Culture Specialist to join our HR Strategy team focused on Organizational Development and Talent Management. This position will be pivotal in driving the Group-wide learning initiatives spanning multiple business sectors, emphasizing training coordination, content creation, facilitation, Learning Management System administration, program evaluation, and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage training agendas, including schedules, nominations, and logistical arrangements.
- Create comprehensive training materials such as facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and assessment tools.
- Lead the delivery and facilitation of designated training sessions and workshops.
- Oversee LMS administration, maintaining accurate training records, attendance tracking, issuance of certificates, and management of learning data.
- Evaluate training effectiveness by analyzing participant feedback and knowledge gain metrics, compiling relevant reports and dashboards.
- Assist in executing culture and employee engagement surveys along with related projects.
- Collaborate with external training providers, universities, accredited institutions, and other programs to enrich learning offerings.
- Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and compliance of all learning documentation and training data.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- Between two to four years' experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a similar HR capacity.
- Proven capability in developing training content and assessment instruments.
- Understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design methodologies, and techniques for evaluating training outcomes.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and e-learning authoring software is desirable.
- Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated excellence in organization, coordination, analytical reasoning, and managing relationships with stakeholders.
