Alpha Anywhere delivers on the innovative 2-Hour Learning model, where students complete a full academic day within two focused hours, freeing their afternoons for creative and physical pursuits. As a Learning Specialist, you will be instrumental in maintaining and advancing this revolutionary education system from any location with stable internet access.

Using AI-generated data on learner performance, you will translate complex metrics into actionable guidance, helping students achieve at least 90% mastery. When challenges arise, you’ll conduct live coaching sessions to swiftly remove obstacles and restore momentum. Additionally, your work will involve deep data analysis to uncover trends that maximize student potential and contribute to the creation of new AI tools designed to accelerate learning.

Parents see their children gain confidence, learners progress faster, and you will observe firsthand the impact of your insights and innovation as you optimize AI processes and ask the right questions to enhance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate detailed academic performance reports and conduct systematic reviews to detect issues or irregularities, correcting them within a 48-hour timeframe
• Lead swift intervention calls and facilitate coaching after assessments to address learning barriers, differentiate between errors and gaps in knowledge, and maintain student engagement
• Evaluate and implement new educational software and content, prototype AI and large language model-based solutions to enhance learning strategies and resolve specific difficulties
• Collaborate closely with leadership to improve tools, dashboards, and criteria for mastery to further develop the AI tutoring system

What You Will Not Do

• Attend lengthy meetings or present unrelated reports disconnected from direct student impact
• Grade assignments, create lesson plans, or manage conventional educational frameworks, as AI and innovation drive this method
• Operate solely at a strategic level without hands-on involvement or get stuck in repetitive manual tasks; this role requires proactive and rapid execution

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of experience in coaching, training, or instructional roles
• At least one year supporting K-8 learners through consistent one-on-one or small group academic coaching aimed at improving learning behaviors, motivation, test strategies, or executive functioning; classroom teaching alone does not qualify
• At least one year combining practical data analysis with direct learner engagement
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including advanced features such as lookups, filters, pivot tables, and chart creation for data evaluation
• At least six months of professional experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot to create effective outcomes beyond casual use
• Availability to work weekdays Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time

Preferred Skills

• Background in educational theory, learning science, or demonstrated success in using data-driven strategies to improve educational outcomes
• Experience with generative AI technology, effective prompting techniques, and foundational coding knowledge (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for querying AI APIs

Contract Details

This opportunity is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, operated under an independent contractor agreement with the employer. The compensation is set at $30 USD per hour, equivalent to an annual salary of $60,000 USD based on 50 weeks of work per year. Payments are made weekly.
