Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Learning & Quality Assistant Manager who is enthusiastic about people development, nurturing a culture of ongoing improvement, and enhancing service standards. This role supports the hotel in implementing effective learning programs, ensuring adherence to brand and quality benchmarks, and delivering outstanding guest experiences from the outset.

Key Responsibilities
- Take lead in implementing the hotel’s learning and development strategy.
- Organize onboarding sessions, departmental training, and mandatory compliance courses.
- Assist colleagues and managers to recognize development needs and create career advancement plans.
- Track training progress and maintain precise learning records.
- Perform quality audits and uphold brand standards compliance.
- Monitor guest feedback, quality indicators, and initiatives for improvement.
- Help departments apply service excellence programs and foster continuous enhancements.
- Support preparations for brand audits, quality checks, and guest satisfaction evaluations.
- Cultivate an environment that promotes engagement, education, and ongoing progress throughout the hotel.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of three years’ experience in Learning & Development, Training, Quality, or Human Resources, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, guest service standards, and quality management systems.
- Experience working with learning management systems and training administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational aptitude and a keen eye for detail.
- Capability to influence and collaborate effectively with individuals across various levels of the organization.
