Job description
About the Role
Join Hunters Academy by Trivers in Riyadh as a Learning Program Builder Intern to co-create a new professional learning environment aimed at nurturing future Recruiters, Talent Advisors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders. This is not about managing an existing program; you will be instrumental in building the Academy from the ground up.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and organize curriculum and learning programs within the Academy.
- Create clear and progressive learning journeys tailored for different skill levels.
- Arrange learning resources, including modules, exercises, case studies, and practical tools.
- Maintain progression and consistency throughout the various Academy levels.
- Collaborate in developing and preparing learning content.
- Translate Trivers’ recruitment methodologies into structured educational experiences.
- Assist in constructing the Hunters Academy Initial Assessment, including the framework, question design, competency mapping, scenario assessments, scoring systems, and participant profiling.
- Map learners to appropriate levels and identify development needs.
- Manage the learner experience from registration to certification including cohort planning, session scheduling, communication, attendance, assignments, assessments, and progress monitoring.
- Gather and analyze data on registration, attendance, learner engagement, assessment results, completion rates, and feedback to inform program improvements.
Candidate Profile
This role suits recent graduates or professionals early in their career fields such as Learning & Development, HR, Education, Instructional Design, Business, Project or Program Management. Prior recruiting experience is not necessary.
- Enjoys structuring and organizing complex information.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Logical thinker focused on learner journeys.
- Interested in learning methodologies and development processes.
- Comfortable working with data and digital platforms.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously and proactively taking ownership.
- Open to experimenting with AI and emerging learning technologies.
- Eager to understand recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Thrives in an environment where they can build programs from scratch.
Why Join Us?
Unlike traditional internships, you’ll engage in an end-to-end build process of the Academy, experiencing each stage from concept to scaling. Work directly with the founder gaining valuable insights into learning design, recruitment, assessment, AI, community building, and education technology. There is potential for this role to develop alongside Hunters Academy's growth.
Application Instructions
Applicants should send a brief response explaining what their first focus would be if tasked with establishing a professional Academy from zero and why, instead of just submitting a CV. Contact via email to hunters.academy@trivers.me.
