Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to perform structured needs assessments, uncovering capability deficiencies and diagnosing underlying performance issues.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of business models and operations within BUCF to translate them into actionable, high-impact learning and development (L&D) strategies.
- Design and execute the enterprise L&D roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives, encouraging a growth mindset and integrating customer-centric and operational excellence skills.

- Manage external training collaborators, including evaluation and governance of partners such as LHub, to ensure delivery of tailored and outcome-focused training solutions.
- Oversee program design, scheduling, budget management, and standardization of program administration across the organization.
- Scout and incorporate cutting-edge learning technologies, like AI-powered content, gamification, and LMS/LXP platforms, fostering AI literacy throughout the workforce.
- Utilize data analytics to measure learning effectiveness, estimate return on investment, and customize learning experiences accordingly.
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Exceptional strategic influence with the ability to comprehend complex industry information, challenge prevailing assumptions, and communicate learning plans clearly to senior management and line leaders.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills paired with excellent interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proven expertise in managing multifaceted projects involving various stakeholders, from initiation through execution, such as staff onboarding and leadership development programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Seven to fifteen years of progressive experience in learning and development, talent management, or HR business partnering, ideally within large-scale or customer-facing retail enterprises.
- A demonstrated history of designing and deploying enterprise-wide learning programs for diverse employee segments.
- Experience in instructional design; ACTA or ACLP certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with digital learning platforms (LMS/LXP), learning analytics, and technology-driven or AI-enhanced learning solutions.
