Learning Manager

As a Learning Manager, you’ll be a key leadership figure within a fulfillment centre, responsible for overseeing the learning needs of all employees, diagnosing business challenges, and influencing effective solutions. This role involves collaborating with your team and aligning with Amazon's central European learning teams to deploy training programs tailored to customer demands, ranging from large-scale processes to leader development initiatives.

An Amazon Fulfillment Centre is a fast-paced environment where you'll work closely with warehouse teams, playing a vital role in workforce development amidst Amazon’s rapid growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and nurture a team consisting of Trainers and a Learning Specialist.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of associate and leader training programs onsite, from needs assessment through to execution.
• Forge strong collaborative relationships with other European learning teams to share best practices.
• Plan, develop, and assess all training initiatives jointly with senior leadership and Amazon’s central leadership.
• Anticipate and implement training or coaching interventions focused on enhancing quality and productivity within the fulfillment centre.
• Deliver coaching and constructive feedback on leadership topics through individual sessions and workshops to foster leadership and management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing training programs.
• Experience managing teams effectively.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience related to learning design, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar disciplines.
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Learning, or related areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holding a bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
