Account Manager US - MCCF at Amazon

Overview

This position operates in US shift hours and centers on supporting Amazon Marketplace sellers. Amazon's Marketplace platform enables individuals and businesses worldwide to sell goods, contributing to the platform's success with over a million sellers globally.

As part of Amazon International Seller Services, the role focuses on innovating processes and programs to enhance seller success. The team's objective is to recruit new sellers, drive growth for existing sellers, and help them leverage Amazon's products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain relationships with sellers, representing their interests within Amazon.
• Drive seller business growth through expanded product selections and strategic opportunities.
• Lead initiatives for new product launches and expand relationships by coordinating with business development and onboarding teams.
• Collaborate with sellers to enhance operational efficiencies, ensuring excellent consumer experiences.
• Identify and engage potential partners, communicate value propositions, and establish sustainable partnerships.
• Monitor and report performance via metrics to meet productivity and seller satisfaction targets.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of two years' experience in sales or account management roles.
• At least two years in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze data and utilize best practices for performance evaluation.

Preferred Experience

• Experience analyzing key issues and resolution metrics for accounts managed.
• Background in relationship management in technology sectors, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.
