  • Gather and comprehend operations and area management inputs to take ownership of performance goals and facilitate necessary training to meet year-over-year improvements.
  • Respond promptly to production demands, schedule conflicts, and network-wide changes.
  • Standardize and drive best practices across departments and sites consistently.
  • Track and maintain comprehensive records of training activities, associate compliance, and skill progression.
  • Manage grant proposals and relationships related to training initiatives as necessary.
  • Analyze training and operational data to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Oversee training goal tracking and communicate progress at both local and network levels.
  • Ensure the safety and compliance of transportation operations and maintain ownership of the Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Training Program and its documentation.

  • Skilled in setting and executing goals aligned to broader organizational objectives.
  • Proficient in interpreting data analytics.
  • Comfortable with computers, email communication, and MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Additional language fluency and familiarity with regional employment frameworks are advantageous.
  • Minimum of two years in employee and performance management roles.
