Overview
Join Amazon's HR team as a Graduate Partner and become a key HR representative for Team Leads and Area Managers within our Fulfillment Center. You will contribute to enhancing the workplace experience for associates by managing engagement initiatives and addressing employee issues, including low-risk conflict cases and investigative support. Partner closely with operations and HR teams to implement company-wide programs while fostering innovative solutions and simplifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and guidance to Team Leads and Area Managers on HR matters.
- Manage employee cases adhering to local legislation.
- Assist with investigations related to employee relations following legal requirements.
- Help implement strategies to improve workplace environment and associate engagement.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to support recruitment, hiring, and engagement efforts.
- Develop and maintain communication plans in partnership with the HR team.
- Lead or contribute to HR projects as assigned.
- Analyze workforce data such as attrition, attendance, recruitment, and engagement to provide insights.
- Conduct compliance audits with awareness of employment law under manager supervision.

Qualifications
- A university degree completed prior to joining or awarded within the last 24 months.
- Degree or work experience in Human Resources or related fields.
- Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and the local language (Common European Framework C1) is required.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS).
- Understanding of employment law, HR, or payroll procedures.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential HR data.
- Able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, or international environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a professional setting.
- Competence in data analysis and report generation for leadership review.
