Working Details

Key Responsibilities

• Unload delivery trucks and handle heavy materials safely, operating forklifts as needed.
• Verify and unpack incoming goods, ensuring they match purchase orders or invoices, keeping accurate paper or electronic records.
• Physically move materials to Quality Assurance release areas, designated storage, or production zones while logging transfers in computerized systems.
• Maintain precise records of all received items, confirming inventory details against packing slips and Certificates of Analysis.
• Inspect, store, and distribute inventory items appropriately to manufacturing areas.
• Organize and schedule the receipt of raw material shipments.
• Prepare shipments by packing materials in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and loading trucks.
• Support the shipment process for completed products, including filling, labeling, and distribution.
• Assist with receiving finished goods from fillers, labelers, or other suppliers.
• Potential participation in the Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR) program.
• Engage in Non-Operating Events (NOE), Operating Events (EOE), or Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) as requested.
• Oversee employee training compliance and ensure on-the-job training requirements are fulfilled.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews and feedback sessions with direct team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High School Diploma, GED, Leaving Certificate, or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant warehouse experience.
• Associate degree and/or prior warehouse experience considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, handheld scanners, or Commercial Driver’s Licenses (CDL) is beneficial.

The salary range for this role is €18.54 to €28.99 per hour. Compensation packages may also include bonuses, equity awards, retirement plans, health and wellness benefits, insurance options, paid leave, and family support, subject to location and role.
