Role Overview

As a Lead Product Strategist on our Product Strategy team, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing long-term strategic plans aligned with Grab’s mission. This team fosters innovation and collaboration across all product units and platforms, ensuring leadership and adaptability in a fast-changing tech environment. The position involves partnership with senior leadership and offers pathways to increased responsibilities. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Singapore reporting directly to the Head of Product Strategy & Product Operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Craft and sustain a unified strategy across various verticals and product teams.
  • Spot emerging market and technology trends, including AI and cloud solutions, to inform future product directions and partnerships.
  • Direct the technology roadmap planning cycles, prioritizing initiatives that align with company objectives.
  • Address and mitigate gaps during planning and execution stages to propel cross-disciplinary projects.
  • Champion continuous improvement (kaizen) efforts to enhance organizational agility and execution speed.
  • Contribute to talent development by supporting initiatives that enhance both technical and interpersonal skills within the tech teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline—or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in product management, strategic roles, or consulting in technology sectors.
  • Proficient in analyzing product metrics, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledgeable about digital platforms, AI, machine learning, cloud systems, and current tech advances.
  • Experienced in strategic planning, product conceptualization, and defining product requirements.
  • Strong business insight with the ability to maneuver complex technological environments effectively.
  • Proven capability in presenting and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
