Team Interaction and Collaboration

Immediate Focus and Projects

• Developing and scaling foundational capabilities for the AI-native delivery framework.
• Coordinating stakeholders to align on strategy, priorities, and establishing metrics for adoption, delivery efficiency, cost, quality, and technical wellbeing.
• Publishing quarterly roadmaps, operational models, and governance strategies for ongoing initiatives.
• Transitioning key high-impact workflows from pilot phases into standardized, repeatable implementations.
