Job description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Process Developer to advance their career within Vestas, the global leader in wind power solutions. This role is situated in the Customer Project Execution (CPX) team under the Northern and Central Europe business unit, specifically within Business Improvements & Processes at the Project Management Office (PMO). The focus is to ensure efficient execution frameworks, continuous process enhancements, and alignment of local initiatives with global strategies for onshore and offshore customer projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, support, and maintain operational processes to facilitate smooth execution of customer projects by project teams.
- Drive process excellence by consistently identifying opportunities for refinement and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to support and align with strategic process roadmaps.
- Handle, assess, and respond to change requests through thorough analysis and communication to appropriate parties within the NCE CPX sphere.
- Model and document processes across all operational levels adhering strictly to process excellence methodologies and guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a degree in information management, business administration, engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of three years in a comparable role within a multinational environment focusing on managing processes.
- Strong comprehension of operational activities and their integration with processes.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to job duties.
- Experience using process management systems or familiarity with Customer Project Execution practices is advantageous.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is essential.

Work Environment and Additional Details
- The role is based primarily in Aarhus, Denmark, with up to 10 days of travel required per year.
