Lead - Operational Risk Management

Overview

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the operational risk management function at Qiddiya projects. The role involves designing and instituting a comprehensive risk management framework customized to the unique requirements of Qiddiya's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a tailored risk management framework suitable for Qiddiya projects.
• Apply risk management methodologies and utilize tools to identify, assess, and prioritize risks effectively.
• Create and maintain risk registers, continuously monitoring and revising risk mitigation plans.
• Provide training and support to project teams on risk management practices and tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to embed risk management into project planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver risk management reports and analyses to senior leadership and relevant parties.
• Conduct risk workshops and facilitate discussions to enhance risk awareness across the organization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in risk management, including a minimum of 5 years in a managerial capacity overseeing large-scale projects.
• Advanced knowledge of risk evaluation methods and quantitative risk analysis tools.
• Demonstrable expertise in creating and deploying risk management frameworks and governance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Certifications such as Certified Risk Manager or Project Management Professional are considered valuable.
