About the Role
At Hyatt Place Johor Bahru, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operations of the security department aligned with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. Your efforts will contribute to satisfying the needs of employees, guests, and hotel ownership alike.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Manager of Engineering & Security by crafting, implementing, supervising, and reviewing the hotel’s safety and security policies. This includes overseeing fire safety measures along with protecting staff and property assets.
Qualifications and Experience
A professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security is preferred. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a senior security role such as an Assistant Security Manager or Senior Security Officer within a sizable operation. Strong hands-on skills in security operations combined with competent administrative capabilities are valuable assets.
