Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking a skilled Carpenter / Painter to join their hotel engineering team, supporting essential maintenance operations to uphold the facility's quality.

Role Summary

The Carpenter / Painter will undertake carpentry and painting maintenance activities to ensure the hotel premises remain in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs and general maintenance tasks across the hotel premises.
• Perform painting and finishing assignments as needed.
• Inspect furniture, fixtures, and surface areas to identify any maintenance issues.
• Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently to minimize disruption.
• Keep all tools, equipment, and workspaces clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and engineering protocols during all tasks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience working as a Carpenter, Painter, or in a similar capacity, ideally within hospitality or facility management environments.
• Strong understanding of carpentry, painting, and finishing techniques and best practices.
• Competence in conducting repair and maintenance work effectively.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance procedures.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Good communication abilities and organizational skills.
• Capability to work flexibly under pressure and adapt to shift schedules.
• Proficient in the English language for communication purposes.
