Your role will be crucial in ensuring every visitor receives a warm, welcoming experience in a pleasant setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily reservation operations using OpenTable, carefully managing bookings to optimize seating arrangements, flow, and table availability to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Coordinate arrivals for VIP guests, special celebrations, and specific guest requirements while maintaining detailed profiles for personalized service.
• Handle private dining reservations for groups up to 20 people by managing event details in collaboration with culinary and service teams, ensuring smooth execution and promoting relevant menu and beverage pairings.
• Monitor and respond promptly to guest communications through phone and email, managing special requests including celebrations and dietary preferences.
• Address guest concerns efficiently, escalating to management when necessary to maintain service excellence.
• Track and reply to feedback posted on platforms like Google and OpenTable, sharing insights with leadership to maintain high standards.
• Lead, support, coach, and train the hosting team, facilitating their development and alignment with service goals.
• Compile daily VIP reports and manage reservation communication and recordkeeping, supporting additional reporting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in a restaurant environment is considered an advantage.
• Ability to manage stress and pressure effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Positive outlook, reliability, and strong teamwork orientation.
